We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff and convenient location. The hotel was clean and tidy, giving us a comfortable stay. The staff were pretty good too assist us, showing us how to use the coin laundry machines late at night and providing extra hangers for drying. the location was perfect for our casual walks to the nearby castle and its central location made it easy to access transportation.

Everything is what we need and want.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the castle from our window. The staff here are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even showed us how to use the coin laundry machines at 1 am and provided us with extra hangers to dry our clothes. The cleanliness of this place is impeccable, making us feel at ease and allowing us to fully relax during our stay.

This place may be a 10-15 minute walk away from the central area and train station, but that should not deter you from experiencing the wonderful amenities and services this hotel has to offer. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel, with friendly and accommodating staff. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. the location was perfect for accessing nearby malls and attractions, while the view of the castle was a nice touch. We also appreciated the coin-operated washroom and the good size rooms.

We found the selection of restaurants and bars limited, especially given the early closing times.

the Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, and the staff gave out complimentary hot cocoa. the location was also great as it was close to many tourist spots and had a scenic view of the local landmark.

The room was not up to expectation, the amenities were limited and inadequate. the bed was too hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Our romantic escape was delightful! The breakfast was scrumptious - we loved the variety of options. The location couldn't be better - we were able to walk to the nearby mall and enjoy some shopping. Plus, it was easy to get to from the airport.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle - we had to park quite far away from the hotel. the room service menu wasn't available like we expected.
